I have always been a poet at heart with a deep appreciation for story telling. I began my career as and English teacher, and when I became the yearbook advisor and primary photographer at Christ School, a breath-taking boarding school in Western North Carolina, I discovered a new way of expressing stories—through photography.
I love people and dogs, I’m a compassionate, sensitive soul, who longs to capture life, as it’s being lived: families, couples, graduating seniors, weddings, octogenarians, animals…if they have a pulse, it is my honor to document their living, breathing moments.
